“Welcome to the Kammerton Festival 2025”

September 23, 2025

I am proud to share that, as Founder of Kammerton Association, I will also serve as Artistic Director of the Kammerton Festival 2025.

Since its founding, Kammerton has been dedicated to nurturing young artists and creating meaningful connections between cultures, generations, and artistic disciplines. The festival is the centerpiece of this mission: a space where emerging talents and established musicians come together to exchange ideas, inspire one another, and share music with diverse audiences.

The 2025 edition, under the theme IMAGES, will take place in Stockholm from 2–5 October. The programme spans imaginative opening and gala concerts, chamber music, and cross-disciplinary collaborations — all designed to explore the interplay between sound, image, and expression.

It is a privilege to lead this journey as both founder and artistic director, and I look forward to welcoming audiences to experience the many voices and visions that will define this year’s festival.

June 06, 2025

On June 6th, Leo Florin appeared live on Swedish Radio P1 in the special morning broadcast Nationaldagsmorgon, celebrating Sweden’s National Day.

In the segment, Leo spoke about one of his greatest passions – the accordion – an instrument close to his heart, often misunderstood, yet rich in sonic possibilities and emotional depth. Joining the broadcast live from his tour in Calabria, Italy, he reflected on the accordion’s unique role in both traditional and contemporary music, and shared glimpses of his own artistic journey – one shaped by curiosity, experimentation, and a deep commitment to paving the way for the instrument’s future.

🎧 The full broadcast is available on Sveriges Radio Play

“To speak about the accordion in a setting like this – on Sweden’s National Day – felt both personal and important. I see it as a small but meaningful step toward giving the instrument the artistic recognition it deserves.”

Debut at Berlin Philharmonie

05th February 2025

I’m thrilled to share the news of my recent debut at the Berlin Philharmonie – one of the world’s most iconic concert halls. This milestone performance took place as part of a special program with my beloved KAMMERTONensemble, a group devoted to artistic excellence, intergenerational dialogue, and cultural connection.

The evening featured a carefully curated repertoire that reflected KAMMERTON’s values: bridging traditions, embracing contemporary voices, and fostering deep musical experiences. It was an honor to share this stage with such passionate and visionary musicians, and to bring our shared vision of harmony and creativity to the Berlin audience.

This debut marks a significant chapter in my artistic journey, and I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to present our work on such a prestigious international platform.

More updates and reflections from this experience will follow soon!
